Higher Education in Arizona

Arizona's system of higher education consists of diverse institutions, located geographically throughout the state. Arizona is predicted to be fifth in population growth between 1995 and 2005. The highest percentage is in minority growth!

Arizona possesses both a strong public university system consisting of 3 different institutions, as well approximately 100 unique private, proprietary, and technical schools. Arizona also has one of the largest community college systems in the United States with 20 community colleges offering a vast assortment of programs and degrees. There is a precedent of diversity, making the Arizona higher educational system appealing to a broad range of students.
